A new generation of cancer vaccines

TwoVax is an AI for Health company. We combine biology, mathematics and artificial intelligence to develop new vaccines — starting with cancer.

1

Why

Why we exist

We believe cancer prevention should be affordable, personalized and accessible to everyone — not a privilege for the few.

Our ambition is to move cancer care from primarily treating disease after it develops toward preventing cancer and its recurrence.

2

How

How we make it possible

We combine biology, mathematics and artificial intelligence to engineer personalized immunity at scale.

Personalized selection without manufacturing an entirely new vaccine for every patient.

3

What

What we create

An AI-powered platform for personalized CD4 cancer vaccines, designed around standardized, premanufactured peptide components.

The initial development focus is preclinical cancer-vaccine research, with the longer-term goal of affordable, widely accessible cancer prevention.

Biology + Mathematics + AI = Personalized Immunity.

TwoVax is developing a proprietary platform combining a biological knowledge base, predictive algorithms and a library of 235 CD4 peptides.

Biology

Understanding cancer, the immune system and the role of CD4 T cells.

Mathematics

Modeling biological interactions and predicting which peptides are most relevant for each individual.

Artificial intelligence

Integrating biological data to select personalized vaccine combinations from standardized components.

This is the distinctive TwoVax approach: personalized selection without manufacturing an entirely new vaccine for every patient.

How we identify and design CD4 cancer vaccines

From data to antigen selection to vaccine design — a human-model driven approach.

  1. 1

    Data-driven antigen discovery

We use human modelling and AI to identify tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) with strong potential to activate CD4 T cells.

    What we are seeing
Predicted MHC-II binding epitopes for all human HLA alleles, combined with expression and immunogenicity data.
    Why it is important
Identifies cancer antigens most likely to activate CD4 T cells while minimizing the risk of targeting healthy tissue.
    TwoVax advantage
Proprietary human model, large curated database and patented methods to select MHC-II "hotspot" sequences without MHC-I epitopes.
  2. 2

    Design of CD4-specific vaccine antigens

We engineer vaccine proteins containing only MHC-II epitopes derived from "hotspot" sequences.

    What we are seeing
A protein/antigen designed to contain immunogenic MHC-II epitopes and avoid MHC-I epitopes.
    Why it is important
Increases the likelihood of strong CD4 T-cell activation and reduces the risk of unwanted CD8 responses or tolerance.
    TwoVax advantage
Proprietary method to identify and combine MHC-II "hotspot" sequences into optimized polytope vaccine antigens.
  3. 3

    Activation of anti-cancer immunity

The vaccine is taken up by antigen-presenting cells, activating CD4 T cells that help orchestrate a broad and durable anti-tumor response.

    What we are seeing
Uptake by dendritic cells, MHC-II presentation, CD4 T-cell activation and downstream anti-tumor effects.
    Why it is important
CD4 T cells coordinate and amplify anti-cancer immunity and can drive long-lasting responses across multiple tumor antigens.
    TwoVax advantage
Focus on CD4 T cells with immunogenic MHC-II epitopes. Cancer has no effective guards against CD4 attacks.
Result

Highly immunogenic, CD4-focused cancer vaccine candidates for patients with high unmet medical need.
